Originally from a small town in Minnesota, Maizee was always involved with community and local events. Continuing on to develop a strong background in event management and guest services, she discovered one of her true passions: helping people soak up every moment of their special occasions instead of stressing over the details.

Too often, she saw friends and family missing out on the joy of once-in-a-lifetime events because they were tied up in logistics. That inspired Celebration Crates. Your go-to solution for making the planning process smooth, simple, and, dare we say, fun!

Celebration Crates simplifies party planning with curated boxes of high-quality, disposable party supplies. Each crate includes plates, cups, napkins, and themed table decor, designed to create stylish and stress-free tablescapes for gatherings of all sizes. Our mission is to help hosts focus on celebrating by providing everything they need for effortless setup and cleanup, delivered right to their door. From casual brunches to elegant soirées, Celebration Crates makes every event easy, beautiful, and memorable.

Despite the name, your order arrives in a box, not an actual crate. "Crate" is simply a playful nod to the concept!

Return Policy

Celebration Crates Return Policy

At Celebration Crates, we want you to love every item you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items marked as final sale.
  1. Return Process:
  • Contact our customer service team at orders@celebrationcrates.com to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
  1. Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

What Comes In my Order

Each Celebration Crate is thoughtfully curated to accommodate up to six guests. Each crate listing in our shop includes a detailed inventory of its contents. While some crates feature additional specialty items, all crates include the following disposable essentials:

  • (6) Dinner plates
  • (6) Salad plates
  • (6) Forks
  • (6) Knives
  • (6) Spoons
  • (10) Napkins
  • (10) Cocktail/Appetizer skewers
  • (6) Water glasses
  • (6) Drink glasses
  • (1) Carafe
  • (1) Table runner (reusable)

If you are hosting more than six guests, we encourage you to order multiple crates. This will also ensure you have enough specialty items to accommodate everyone.

While we hope to offer alternative ways to increase guest count in the future, we appreciate your understanding as we grow and develop.

Disposable Items

Part of what makes Celebration Crates so great is the convenience of disposable items, allowing hosts to skip the dishes and clean-up, and instead, spend more time enjoying their event and connecting with guests.

Our place-setting items are made from durable plastic and are fully recyclable. We highly encourage our patrons to recycle the products after use to help support sustainability and minimize waste.
